Share Lunker programs benefit fisherman and the bass species as a whole

The ShareLunker program is not only a program for fisherman but a program to help fish. recently there have been some talks to implement a Share Lunker program in PA. Many people were in favor but some weren't which is very confusing as it would benefit every fisherman's life.
In short the Lunker Share program would be incredible if expanded to PA. The Lunker program would tag record size fish and use them to produce bass with incredibly strong genetics. This could solve the issue of overfishing affecting the size of bass populations within heavily pressured lakes. The fish that are tagged can be caught which can give information to scientist trying to fix many issues that affect bass populations. Not only that but it would improve fishing conditions for fisherman as there would soon be genetically enhanced bass that are bred to get large. This gives people more opportunity to catch a large trophy fish.
These large trophy fish that are tagged can also lead to prize money being collected. Whenever a tagged fish is caught and recorded the data is taken for science a cash reward is given to the person who caught the fish. This can increase the number of people fishing which is good for the sport overall. If anything the state should be the ones asking for the Lunker program not the other way around.
